My last book review before Christmas is the wonderful tale of Nana the cat and his human Satoru, as told in The Travelling Cat Chronicles by Hiro Arikawa.

This is a novel about their travels around Japan.  It is also about appreciating friends and the beauty of the world.  Above all it is about Nana and Satoru’s love that overcomes all.  A moving and beautiful story.
