No fuss, perfect poached eggs every time

After trying loads of other ways of poaching eggs – including electric poachers, non stick poachers, boiling water etc. these actually work. Took a couple of goes to get the oiling exactly right, but now perfect poached eggs every time. I use a frying pan to get the right depth of water, and have enough space. They stand up easily.  Easy to rinse clean afterwards too, and stack together to fit easily into a shallow drawer. 

I’ve been using them for over a year now, and they are still “as good as new”
