Due to misaligned knee caps and arthritis, hiking was becoming problematic, even using two hiking poles. I bought one of these to try it out and am thrilled.
The brace gives support, keeps the knee cap in the right place, strengthens the leg so I can walk up/down bigger steps than before, and now I can walk up and down slopes that for years I have only been able to do with putting my full weight on my poles. It doesn’t slip when wearing, fits well and is comfortable. So good I have ordered one for the other knee. Feel I have a new lease of life being able to walk without worrying about whether I can get up and down slopes. Very happy, and have recommended it to many friends.
