What (am I currently reading)?

I’m currently listening to the psychological thriller audio book Not my Daughter by Suzy K Quinn @SuzyKQuinn.  The narrator is Helen Keeley @KeeleyHelen

The paperback was published by HQ, an imprint of Harper Collins in July 2020.

Why (have I chosen to read it)?

I came across this author because of her “Bad Mother” series, which I understand are laugh out loud parenting novels.  These get rave reviews, but are not a genre for me, so I decided to give one of her psychological thrillers a go instead.  

I’ve been listening to it for some weeks now, as I only listen when I’m out exercising, and the weather has been more conducive to staying in.  However I’m really enjoying it, and am pleased that no matter how long I’ve left it since last listening, when I start again, often in the middle of a chapter, I immediately know what is happening.  Sign of a good book! 

While (I  am reading it) 

We did have a fairly sunny day this week, so I went out for a walk along specially prepared walking trails by a cross country route.  Came across these lovely horses, with someone skiing past just as I took the picture 😊
