My review of the historical fiction The House in the Hollow by Allie Cresswell is now up on EmmabBooks.com. Another great novel set in the 1800s, focusing on the realities of life, rather than the often offered glitz and glamour of the balls and social life.

This is the 1st book in the Regency Family Saga trilogy, though I read the 2nd book in the trilogy first (The Lady in the Veil), and found no problem reading them in the wrong order, as they are all stand alone books. The 3rd book is on my TBR list, and I’m hoping more books will be added to this set. This trilogy would make any historical fiction lover a great Xmas gift!
