Courtroom drama with a difference
My rating: 4 out of 5
The trial of a murderer who manipulates using his powers of hypnosis is just about to begin. Can he win against the best lawyers in the land?
This is part three of a trilogy, though can be read as a stand-alone book. As the tension rises inside the courtroom, so drama outside is also growing. There are murders and secrets that need to be kept at all costs, and outcomes that certain people have a particular interest in. A gripping thriller from this author who will have you convinced by all that is going on.
I loved this psychological thriller for its short punchy chapters, the action is easy to follow and I enjoyed the interesting information about the brain and hypnotism.
4*s from me, because though it is brilliant, it would have been even better if I had read the second book in the trilogy, Belief, more recently. I read it about 18 months before, and though could remember a lot of it (it was that good), I think having read it more recently I would have enjoyed this book more.
My recommendation: Grab a copy of both Belief and Faith, and settle down for a great and exciting read.
